One question a day. One conversation a week.
Setting it up takes about two minutes, and answering takes about thirty seconds a day. Everything below is what happens in between.
How it works
Four steps, then it runs itself
The order matters here — each step exists to make the next one harder to avoid.
- 01
Tell us what you are working on
The project, the date it has to be finished by, what you are on right now, and the two times of day you want to be asked. Two minutes.
- 02
Make one commitment before you leave
Something small and due tomorrow. You finish setup already owing someone an answer, which is the whole point.
- 03
Answer every day
Done, partial, or didn't. Three buttons, or one line back on WhatsApp. The ledger builds itself out of your answers.
- 04
Sit the weekly review
From week five a person goes through the record with you: what moved, what has been moved four times, and what next week actually looks like.
A week
Five small questions, then one real conversation
Each day is one commitment and one answer — thirty seconds of your time. What the week is actually for is the thing at the end of it.

“Three of five met. Both the ones that slipped were you waiting on Ravi — that is not a discipline problem. Chase him Monday morning before you commit to anything else this week.”
An agent can tell you that you missed Tuesday. It takes a person to notice that Tuesday and Thursday were the same problem, and that the fix is a phone call rather than more willpower.
The work is not going to chase itself.
